The easiest approach is from the A444. From the M6 take exit 3 and head south into Coventry on the A444. Alternatively, from Coventry city centre, take ring road exit 3 along the A4600 (Sky Blue Way), bear right along the A428 (Binley Road) then turn left at the new large island onto the A444 going north.

Leave A444 at signs for Stoke Heath (opposite exit for Barras Heath Wholesale Market, Industrial Estate, and Football Stadium). Follow the road around into Heath Crescent. The hotel is on the right, after Stoke Heath Primary School, as the crescent runs into Swancroft Road. There is ample parking and the function room is on the first floor, reached via an external staircase.
